The pair of Medical Office Buildings were designed and built at the same time.  The 5,400 SF building was designed for a Urology Practice that included solar panels installed on the roof.  The 3,100 SF building was designed for an Internal Medical Practice within BayCare Medical Group.  Graham Design Associates was the Architect and Precise Construction the General Contractor.  Andrew Pavalis, while at Graham Design Associates served as the Project Manager thru design and construction of the entire project.
